Description: This role will provide design support for client, new business and internal marketing needs We seek energetic, self-motivated, and highly organized candidates with 3+ years of experience selling landscape designs and installations, experience designing and estimating landscape designs, as well as superb communication and presentation skills Main Responsibilities: •This role will provide design support for client, new business and internal marketing needs. • Collaborating closely with the creative and design teams to take concepts from initial stages all the way through production • Editing and resizing files as needed across print and digital formats • Applying design talents to ensure all concepts maintain their visual and messaging integrity and effectiveness • Ensuring all assets adhere to client brand standards and vendor specifications • Troubleshooting technical problems as they arise • Working with account teams on client and new business presentations, including design requirements, app and clean-up • Advanced PowerPoint skills and experience working in the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel • Working knowledge of design applications such as , Adobe Creative Suites and BlueBeam • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and solid project management skills • Ability to juggle multiple projects • Flexible and able to work collaboratively and with a great attitude • Creative with strong design and typography skills •Interfaces with subcontractors used on the account to ensure timely and accurate completion of their work •Interfaces with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of plants and materials •Interfaces with company crew members to ensure job specification and clients expectations are met and that account is on budget •Ensures that company quality and production standards are met •Ensures that all safety procedures are followed and reports any unsafe conditions to supervisors and owners •Ability to problem solve and multitask Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through problem-solving capabilities Required Skills: • Must have a valid drivers license as well as a clean driving record • Comfortable working outdoors and visiting job sites and clients • Good time management skills • Digital Rendering skills a must • Experience in contributing to complex projects from schematic design through construction documentation and implementation. • Available for possible long hours when required • Clean and professional appearance • Punctual and dependable • A college degree and experience selling to high-end residential customers are pluses • Junior level experience of graphic design Qualifications: Has a minimum of five years’ experience in the green industry specifically Landscape Design Has a valid driver’s license Is proficient in both oral and written communications Is Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus Maintains a clean and professional appearance at all times Efficient time management skills Decisive decision-making abilities Strong communication abilities Leadership experience Job Type: Full-time Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 + based on experience Two Week (10 days) Paid Vacation.
