Baileys Pro Landscaping is seeking a landscape designer that will report to the operations manager and work closely with project managers to see the design process through and support installers to construction completion of projects. The Landscape Designer will guide our clients through the design process, listening to ideas and suggest practical, creative, and functional elements of the outdoor space. You will be responsible for presenting design concepts to clients, providing inspirational images and samples of materials, construction of features and delivering the visual conception of the design. To participate in site visits to support the installation team, answer questions and be a client liaison through the installation process. Use creativity, unique and innovative attributes in design Display stellar follow through Competent in design and graphic communication skills Proficient in the technical skills of landscape design Possess a high level of attention to detail Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape design Proven ability to design unique, one of a kind, non-standard unconventional, creative designs Excellent communication skills, written and verbal The ability to analyze needs and project requirements to create a design A proven track record of meeting deadlines and a mastery of time management 3 years landscape design experience Expert level skills in CAD Familiarity in hand drawings
