Job Summary

Graphic Designer & Print Production Specialist

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our small but dynamic team. This role is perfect for a creative individual with a bold sense of design aesthetics, a keen eye for detail, and a hands-on approach to ensuring projects are completed with precision. The ideal candidate will be involved in both designing and overseeing the production of their work, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to print.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Creativity: Create bold, innovative designs for a range of projects, including print media, branding, and promotional materials.
Project Oversight: Directly oversee the execution and production of approved designs, ensuring they align with project specifications and client expectations.
Print Production: Operate and maintain printing equipment to execute your designs on various media, guaranteeing high-quality outputs.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and clients to refine designs and incorporate feedback while adhering to deadlines.
Quality Assurance: Conduct final checks on printed materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the approved design.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical skills.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Experience in print production, including knowledge of printing processes and equipment operation.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve design or production challenges.
Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Team player with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Pay: $37,440.00 - $50,000.00 per year
