This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of visual storytelling, brand systems, and cross-functional collaboration. What You Bring • 6-10+ years of experience in brand, visual, or communication design, preferably in a startup or fast-paced, cross-functional environment • A portfolio that demonstrates range, polish, and systems thinking—particularly across pitch decks, digital content, brand identity, and marketing collateral • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma • Experience supporting go-to-market teams and responding to high-velocity design needs with creativity and quality • A strong design point of view and comfort advising leadership on brand direction • Proven ability to both execute independently and collaborate cross-functionally • Comfortable working under ambiguity, pressure, and evolving priorities—this is a startup, and we move fast • Bonus: experience managing design contractors, freelancers, or creative partners It is uncommon for anyone to be hired at or near the top range for their role, and final compensation is based on the facts and circumstances of the case.
