A company is looking for a Lead Brand Designer. Key Responsibilities : Evolve the brand by setting the vision and driving innovation in visual identity Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering creativity and high-quality output Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency across all initiatives Required Qualifications : 6+ years of experience in brand design, preferably in tech startups or B2B SaaS Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic brand evolution and design projects Experience managing and mentoring design teams Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in design systems Solid understanding of UI / UX design principles and motion graphics creation
