Lead Brand Designer, Growth

Faire is an online wholesale marketplace built on the belief that the future is local — independent retailers around the globe are doing more revenue than Walmart and Amazon combined, but individually, they are small compared to these massive entities. We're looking for a Lead Brand Designer to join our Creative team, focusing on growth marketing initiatives. Must maintain a careful balance between creativity and functionality, while also demonstrating high-quality outputs • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) with the ability to create assets for a variety of channels and formats • Strong motion and editing capabilities with the ability to create compelling motion and video ads across a variety of channels • Portfolio of previous work, demonstrating successful growth marketing campaigns and compelling visual designs across different channels and mediums (paid, social, email campaigns, landing pages, digital campaigns) • Deep understanding of creative best practices for digital marketing channels • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform design decisions, and influence marketing strategy through data-driven insights • Strong understanding of conversion optimization and A/B testing methodologies • Experience with responsive design principles across multiple platforms • Experience leading strategic design initiatives and managing complex projects independently • Excellent collaborative skills and ability to work effectively with creative writers and cross-functional teams • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
