About The Position As Lead Brand & Visual Designer, you’ll take full ownership of Gauzy’s creative design and visual branding. You’ll lead the creation of compelling brand experiences across a wide range of formats, from digital assets and printed materials to video content and trade show visuals. • Collaborate with marketing and web development teams to manage website updates and ensure strong visual execution on platforms like WordPress and similar CMS tools. Requirements • 5+ years of professional experience in brand design, graphic design, and motion/video design, ideally in a B2B, manufacturing, or deep-tech environment - Must • Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, and similar design/video tools • A portfolio that demonstrates creative leadership, versatility across formats, and excellence in both visual design and video/motion work • Proven ability to own and evolve a brand’s visual identity across digital and physical mediums • Strong eye for typography, layout, and composition, with a deep understanding of design systems and storytelling • Excellent video editing skills and experience producing promotional or educational video content • UI/UX or web design experience, including the ability to create wireframes and collaborate on user journeys • Experience managing or maintaining websites through CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar • Familiarity with 3D design, animation, or interactive media • Fluent English and excellent communication skills • Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, or a related field • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
