Research and synthesize complex scientific and policy information into easily understandable communication materials.Select appropriate images and graphics to enhance communication products for various audiences.Provide clear and concise written and oral communications to support clients in delivering information effectively.Create and edit audience-appropriate content such as reports, articles, brochures, and digital media.Manage the development and upload of engaging content including stories, videos, and images to digital platforms.Collaborate with teams to ensure all communications meet brand standards and are user-friendly.Test and verify the efficacy of accessibility solutions in design projects.Oversee and coach team members on complex projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Bachelor's degree in a related field.7-10 years of relevant professional experience in design.Must live within a commutable distance of the Princeton, NJ office.Extensive experience in designing for print, video, digital platforms, and presentations.Strong grasp of color theory, typography, and design principles.Experience in Agile team environments and tools.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects independently.Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
