Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand and Product Marketing, the Lead Creative Designer plays a critical role in elevating TruGreen’s brand through high-quality, performance-driven creative. This role operates as the creative execution arm of the marketing department, bringing a balance of strong hands-on design expertise and thought leadership - thinking beyond the brief and approaching problems from multiple angles. Partners closely with Marketing and Analytics teams to evaluate results, define and lead A/B testing strategies with clear hypotheses, and translate insights into continuous optimization, actionable enhancements, and scalable creative best practices. Provide thoughtful recommendations on creative approaches based on campaign objectives, channel best practices, and audience insights, contributing actively to campaign ideation and development.
