Lead Creative Designer

As a Lead Creative Designer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's success by collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative design solutions. * Lead design workshops and sprints with cross-functional teams to explore innovative design solutions for problems and opportunities identified through research and data. * 3 years of experience in each of the following: + Designing and developing brand marketing campaign creatives and identities, including website design, motion graphic design, and UI design by designing and implementing consistent brand typography, iconography, 2D & 3D graphics, and motion graphics. + Developing visual concepts, including generating ideas and sketches into visual concepts using Procreate or Boords, and transferring the hand drawings to digital graphics using Adobe Illustrator. + Designing User Experience (UX) or User Interface (UI) elements of mobile applications using Figma, After Effects, or Principle.
