Lead Creative Director – Brand & Campaigns

Bank OZK is seeking an onsite Creative Director to shape the brand’s direction from concept through print and digital production in Little Rock, AR. You will lead a creative team, manage campaigns, and ensure deliverables align with business goals while maintaining strong internal and external partnerships.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in graphic design and at least 1 year in a leadership role, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
