Lead Designer

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Designer to spearhead our design initiatives across multiple projects. As a mid-level Structural Designer, you will be responsible for guiding the design process from concept through execution, ensuring that all projects meet high standards of quality, functionality, and code compliance. Your expertise will lead the technical precision necessary to elevate our design and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of comprehensive design concepts, integrating interior design principles with technical specifications using tools like AutoCAD.
Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure designs align with project goals, budgets, and timelines.
Oversee drafting processes, utilizing CAD software to produce detailed plans, renderings, and presentations.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in remodeling, renovation, and construction phases.
Conduct site visits for inspections, assessments, and quality control during construction or renovation processes.
Develop and present compelling visual presentations that communicate design intent clearly and persuasively.
Ensure compliance with contracts, building codes, safety standards, and client specifications throughout all phases of design.

Experience

Proven experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in remodeling, renovation, and construction projects.
Extensive proficiency in AutoCAD, , Bluebeam, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Solid understanding of drafting techniques combined with knowledge of color theory and CAD standards.
