Lead Designer

This position transforms business objectives, marketing strategies, and creative concepts into engaging visual communications across digital, print, presentations, campaigns, and sales enablement materials. The Lead Designer reports directly to the Creative Director and serves as a key creative partner in bringing Benecon's strategic vision to life through exceptional visual design. Leads the visual design execution of VERIS marketing initiatives across digital, print, presentations, campaigns, events, and sales materials. Develops cohesive visual systems and design assets that maintain consistency across products, campaigns, and marketing channels. This is not an exhaustive list of all duties or responsibilities.
