Lead Designer

The Lead Designer collaborates with internal stakeholders, team members, and vendors to deliver relevant and effective visual communications. Roles and responsibilities • Creative development and execution - Design visually compelling and brand-aligned marketing and communication materials across multiple channels, including digital, email, social media, print, and environmental graphics; support and implement creative direction, ensuring consistency in visual storytelling and brand representation; assist with brand management initiatives, including executing and directing photography projects, ensuring all creative assets adheres to brand guidelines, reinforcing a cohesive visual identity and ensuring delivery of creative products that demonstrate excellence. • Cross-functional teamwork - Collaborate and foster strong relationships with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to align creative output with marketing and communication goals; serve as a strategic design partner to help develop integrated creative assets, demonstrating adaptability and responsiveness to feedback, ensuring alignment with creative projects. Experience • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior design role • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and other industry-standard design tools • Strong knowledge of email design best practices, UX/UI principles, and responsive design • Experience with project management tools and methodologies to oversee design production and workflow improvements • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visuals and effectively engage with stakeholders • Familiarity with digital asset management systems and creative production automation tools to
