This individual contributor role reports to the Apparel Design Director and involves collaboration with apparel Design, Product Management, and Development teams, along with creative and business stakeholders from the Jordan Brand. We are seeking a dynamic Lead Designer to set the seasonal graphic and color design direction for all Jordan Brand apparel under the Express Lane business. This role demands a versatile creative problem solver who thrives under tight deadlines and possesses a keen understanding of emerging design and fashion trends, along with extensive knowledge in apparel applications, color theory, graphic creation, and textiles. We will consider any suitable combination of education, experience, and training. Experience: • 6+ years of preferred design experience • Comprehensive knowledge of current and emerging fashion trends in sportswear and streetwear footwear and apparel • Proficiency in all aspects of graphic and product design, including drawing/sketching, illustration, CAD development, typography, print and pattern development, trim creation, color theory, and technical applications • Foundational understanding of apparel construction, schematic development, and tech pack creation • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously • Skill to translate consumer insights into compelling narratives and graphic storytelling • Strong visual and verbal presentation skills, effectively communicating design intent to various audiences • Professional level experience using Illustrator, Photoshop, Miro, CLO, and Vizcom
