Lead Designer - Marketing & Communications

The Lead Designer collaborates with internal stakeholders, team members, and vendors to deliver relevant and effective visual communications. Roles and responsibilities • Creative development and execution — Design visually compelling and brand-aligned marketing and communication materials across multiple channels, including digital, email, social media, print, and environmental graphics; support and implement creative direction, ensuring consistency in visual storytelling and brand representation; assist with brand management initiatives, including executing and directing photography projects, ensuring all creative assets adheres to brand guidelines, reinforcing a cohesive visual identity and ensuring delivery of creative products that demonstrate excellence. • Cross-functional teamwork — Collaborate and foster strong relationships with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to align creative output with marketing and communication goals; serve as a strategic design partner to help develop integrated creative assets, demonstrating adaptability and responsiveness to feedback, ensuring alignment with creative projects.
