They are passionate about connecting with women’s communities globally and translating those insights into compelling, expressive footwear graphics. You will lead the development of seasonal and long-term graphic narratives for Women’s Footwear, working closely with Footwear Designers, Color Designers, and Product Management to bring elevated design to life on some of Nike’s most iconic and future-forward products. From conceptual research to final execution, your work will include: • Authoring compelling graphic stories and design systems for footwear uppers, outsoles, sockliners, packaging, and branding. You will report to the Design Director of Women’s Footwear Graphics and work alongside a passionate team of graphic designers. • Experience mentoring or leading junior designers a plus.
