Lead Digital & Product Designer

Mattur is seeking a senior, hands-on Lead Digital + Product Designer to own day-to-day design execution across web and mobile UX/UI, decks and collateral, motion graphics, and print—with a strong expectation to leverage modern AI tools and automation to materially increase team output and speed over time. This role will also support the engineering team with product design for operator and IoT experiences, including control layouts, UI flows, and system status communication. You will work closely with the GTM team and engineering stakeholders to ensure Mattur’s customer-facing design is clear, consistent, and credible—translating technical capabilities into visual systems that support real buying conversations and real product usage across digital, physical, and product surfaces. Product Design Support (Engineering Partnership) • Support product and UX design for operator-facing experiences, including IoT applications and control layouts; use AI to accelerate flow mapping and state enumeration, then refine with engineering constraints. • Experience building AI-assisted workflows or lightweight automations that improve production speed and consistency.
