Lead Graphic Design Specialist

The ideal candidate will lead the development of innovative digital graphic designs for a government news publication. Responsibilities • Create engaging visual content for events web pages email marketing campaigns and digital ads • Maintain a high level of quality in daily design deliveries through effective project management • Work collaboratively with the team to design captivating podcast graphics using Figma • Design visually appealing product visuals including logos email templates and web pages • Provide expert advice on UI / UX solutions to enhance user experience • Support editorial art initiatives as needed adding a touch of creativity Qualifications • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Figma and HTML / CSS • Demonstrated experience in digital graphic design with a strong portfolio • Superb communication and teamwork skills with ability to thrive in a remote environment • Highly motivated and organized with excellent time management skills • Able to invest in and manage own equipment
