Lead Graphic Designer

This role is integral to shaping the visual identity and aesthetic of our brand across all platforms. You will be responsible for leading the design process from concept to completion, developing visually stunning graphics for marketing materials, digital campaigns, websites, social media, and event promotions. You should possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior designers, and to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. A deep understanding of current design trends, typography, color theory, and layout is essential. A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 7 years of professional design experience, including leadership responsibilities, is required.
