The Lead Graphic Designer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of print design, ensuring high-quality execution of brochures, advertising, direct mail, specialty print pieces, onboard marketing, and trade marketing materials. Reporting to the Senior Director, Creative, this role leads a team of print designers, managing workflow, upholding brand standards, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing materials that support the company's business objectives. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled print designer with a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of brand storytelling, and the ability to manage multiple high-volume projects in a fast-paced environment. • Work closely with the Sr Director, Creative and Sr Copywriter to ensure print designs align with brand identity, messaging, and marketing objectives, as well as collaborate closely with digital executions to ensure cohesion across campaigns. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, trade, and onboard operations, to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and business goals.
