Lead Graphic Designer

Core Duties & Responsibilities • Create signs, flags, flyers, brochures, promo items and more • Create style guidelines and templates and share with design team • Develop fresh and creative branding for new projects • Understand a plethora of different products and materials • Lead the design team by example, patience and new ideas • Organize files on Google Drive • Communicate with Operations Manager, Account Executive and Customer Service Coordinator Qualities We Are Looking For in a Candidate • Able to work in a fast-paced environment • Close attention to detail • Driven and self-motivated • Organized • Communicates clearly • Follows directions • Consistency • Understanding urgency • Self-starter • Punctual & Responsible • Positive attitude
