Lead Graphic Designer

Focuses on translating messaging into strong, cohesive visual design and elevating the overall quality and consistency of creative output across the organization. Responsibilities Lead design execution for all print and digital marketing and communications materials Translate messaging and content into clear, effective, and on-brand visual design Develop and produce creative assets for campaigns, programs, events, and organizational initiatives Ensure consistency of brand identity, visual standards, and design systems across all materials Provide creative direction on layout, typography, and visual composition to elevate design quality Collaborate with marketing and communications team members on campaign development and execution Develop templates and visual systems to improve design consistency and efficiency Ensure all creative deliverables meet brand, quality, and accessibility standards Support event signage, promotional materials, and environmental design needs Manage multiple design projects and deadlines simultaneously Review and finalize design work prior to distribution or production handoff Partner with production and operations team members to ensure accurate file handoff and execution readiness Provide creative problem-solving support for campaign and content development Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred 5+ years of professional graphic design experience Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital design work Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of brand standards and visual consistency Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams Strong communication skills with ability to interpret messaging into effective visual design Experience working in campaign-based or multi-department environments preferred High attention to detail and commitment to design quality Photography and videography experience preferred, but not required Focus is strictly on visual design, brand execution, and creative asset development
