Lead Graphic Designer

Our client is seeking a visionary and experienced Lead Graphic Designer to spearhead their creative initiatives. This is an on-site position where you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing compelling visual designs across a variety of media, including digital platforms, print collateral, and marketing campaigns. You will lead a small team of designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to ensure the highest quality of creative output. Your duties will include developing brand guidelines, creating engaging visual narratives, and collaborating with marketing, product development, and other departments to achieve strategic objectives. The ideal candidate has a robust portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition, and a proven ability to translate complex ideas into clear and impactful visuals. Experience in leading design projects from conception to completion and managing junior designers is essential. You should be proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience with motion graphics or video editing is a significant advantage. This role requires excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
