To elevate the quality and consistency of digital marketing design, the full-time Lead Graphic Designer will manage complex projects, set art direction standards, and mentor peer designers in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Concept and develop brand campaigns, leading execution across all channels while ensuring visual consistency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver assets on deadline and advocate for quality in campaign planning Design and produce high-volume digital assets, including web banners, email campaigns, and motion graphics Required qualifications 7+ years of graphic design experience with a focus on digital marketing design Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma Deep experience in designing email, web banners, landing pages, and video/motion graphics Proven ability to lead the execution of brand campaigns and provide constructive design feedback Familiarity with HTML/CSS email design and web design principles
