Lead Graphic Designer

We’re working with a manufacturing organization looking to add a Lead Graphic Designer to their marketing team. This role is heavily focused on creating high quality print and sales materials, while also supporting digital design needs.

This person will own design execution while also contributing strategically, bringing a strong visual eye and the ability to translate business needs into polished, on brand creative.

This role is onsite 5 days a week in the High Point area and offers a competitive base compensation package. Portfolios required for consideration.

Responsibilities

Design and produce print materials including catalogs, brochures, and sales collateral.Support digital design needs across web and other marketing channels.Partner with marketing leadership to bring campaigns and concepts to life.Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets.Help plan and coordinate product photoshoots as needed.Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree5+ years of design experience.Strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite-portfolio required for consideration.Experience creating both print and digital assets, with a heavy emphasis on print.Ability to balance creative thinking with hands-on execution.High sense of autonomy-ability to see what needs to be done and do it without a lot of oversight.Strong attention to detail and a well-developed design sensibility.Comfortable working onsite and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
