This role will have a unique understanding of graphic design and creative strategy to grow district and school brand integrity and ensure high-quality work that provides information in a way that is easily accessible to families and community members. What You'll Do: • Utilize creative and technical expertise of graphic design software, project management tools, and design accessibility standards to lead creative projects from concept to completion in support of the district, its departments and its schools, through print and digital media • Provide guidance, design support and templates to assist in the on-boarding of district and school leadership and teammates. Oversee efforts to maintain brand integrity across all platforms • Collaborate with team members, district departments, district leaders and school leaders and vendors to educate and apply branding strategies on internal and external materials • Manage design intake process, including reviewing design requests, following up with requests, assigning resources to projects, managing priorities, timeline and deliverables, and running monthly design reports to look for areas of improvement. • Ability to work independently with minimal direction. • Experience in the education industry preferred.
