Key Responsibilities Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual design solutions for marketing, advertising, and corporate communications. Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional development. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project objectives and deliver impactful creative assets. Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. Present design concepts and final deliverables to stakeholders and leadership. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 8+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a proven track record in a leadership role. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative design projects and brand development. Exceptional understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. Experience managing creative projects and leading design teams.
