About the Position

The WrapPros is seeking an experienced and creative Lead Graphic Designer to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience designing vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, signage, and large-format graphics, along with the ability to lead and mentor other designers.

We are looking for someone who combines creativity, technical expertise, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional work.

Key Responsibilities

* Design high-quality vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, signage, and large-format artwork.

* Lead, supervise, and mentor the graphic design team.

* Assign projects, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

* Review designs and proofs for accuracy, quality, and production readiness.

* Collaborate with production, installation, sales, and management teams.

* Communicate directly with customers to understand their vision, present concepts, and manage revisions.

* Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork and files.

* Maintain consistency, efficiency, and quality throughout the design process.

Requirements

* Minimum 4 years of professional vehicle wrap design experience (required).

* Strong portfolio demonstrating vehicle wraps, commercial fleet graphics, and signage.

* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

* Solid understanding of large-format printing, file preparation, and production processes.

* Previous leadership or team management experience preferred.

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

* Strong communication and customer service abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

* Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

* Demonstrated professional stability and career progression.

* Digital portfolio required for consideration.

Schedule
