Lead Graphic Designer and Print Specialist

This role involves a combination of creative design work, print job management, and hands-on production using cutting-edge equipment.Position Overview: As the Lead Graphic Designer and Print Specialist, you will be responsible for creating impactful visual designs, managing print production, and operating vinyl cutting equipment. While experience in the signage industry is a bonus, we are open to training candidates who show a strong aptitude for design and production processes.We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the design process from concept to completion, creating custom signage, banners, vehicle wraps, and other visual products.• Manage print production jobs, ensuring timely completion and quality control.• Operate vinyl plotters for cutting and preparing vinyl signage, including installation-ready materials.• Work closely with production and installation teams to ensure smooth workflow and project success.• Assist in handling and loading print materials (ability to lift up to 30 pounds required).• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure the work area is organized and safe.Requirements:• Strong graphic design skills, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
