We are seeking a Visual Content Manager to execute our visual strategy on various platforms, predominantly digital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, a talent for translating complex policy issues into compelling content, and the skills to elevate our work in the public conversation. This role requires a deep commitment to creating high-impact visuals that further our mission of economic mobility for every Coloradan with an explicit equity lens. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing our overall visual design strategy, maintaining and deepening our distinctive graphics and visual depiction, and developing materials in conjunction with senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience in graphic design and digital communication, including brand management and a portfolio of high-impact designs that have furthered the mission of an organization.
