Lead Graphic Designer, Brand Experience

Our client, a highly creative and innovative agency in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, US , is looking for an exceptional Lead Graphic Designer with a passion for creating compelling brand experiences. This role is central to developing and executing visual strategies across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and impact. You will lead design projects from concept to completion, translating client needs into visually stunning and effective designs. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing marketing collateral, digital assets, branding elements, and campaign visuals. A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency setting, is required.
