We're looking for a creative professional who not only produces outstanding designs but also has the leadership skills to manage, mentor, and support our design team. This is a hands-on leadership position, ideal for someone who enjoys both designing and managing people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional work and customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Design & Production Lead the design and development of high-quality vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, signage, and other large-format printing projects. Create accurate, production-ready artwork, ensuring proper sizing, layouts, and file preparation. Work closely with the production and installation teams to ensure designs are practical, accurate, and ready for installation. Review and approve artwork before production, maintaining high quality standards. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Team Leadership & Management Supervise, mentor, and support the graphic design team. Assign and prioritize design projects based on deadlines and production schedules. Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality of work. Provide constructive feedback and help develop team members' technical and creative skills. Establish efficient design workflows and ensure accountability for project completion. Collaborate with management to continuously improve design processes and customer satisfaction. Customer Service & Communication Communicate directly with customers to understand their vision, branding needs, and project expectations. Present design concepts, discuss revisions, and guide customers through the approval process. Maintain professional and responsive communication throughout each project. Work collaboratively with sales, production, and installation teams. Requirements Minimum 4 years of professional vehicle wrap design experience (required). Proven experience designing vehicle wraps and signs and preparing production-ready files. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Previous team leadership, supervision, or management experience. Understanding of large-format printing, vehicle templates, measurements, and production requirements. Organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Communication and customer service skills. Reliability, accountability, and a solution-oriented attitude. Ability to work independently while leading a team. A digital portfolio showcasing previous vehicle wrap designs is required.
