We're looking for candidates with over four years of professional instructional design experience, strong visual design skills, and a passion for engaging students with elevated training products and development presentations. • Lead the instructional design and training teams in conceiving and producing engaging courses—managing the process from initial ideation to LMS system load-in. • Understands how to assess a student’s knowledge and recall of course material. • Documented visual design and video editing experience. All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed._
