Key Responsibilities

Creative Animation & Visual Effects: Design and produce high-quality videos for diverse platforms, employing advanced techniques in After Effects and Premiere Pro to craft captivating visuals.

Integrated Visual Storytelling: Elevate raw footage through expert color correction, rotoscoping, and masking to create immersive narratives that blend live-action, motion graphics, and realistic animations.

Audio Mixing: Enhance audio quality through professional equalizing and mastering techniques, transforming raw sound into seamless audio experiences.

Concept Development: Collaborate with copywriters and creatives to turn scripts into visually appealing motion concepts that are clear and engaging.

Brand Adherence: Create marketing assets that align with our brand's identity, ensuring customer experience is at the forefront while evolving brand guidelines.

Accessibility Champion: Promote an inclusive experience by ensuring all video content meets ADA compliance standards.

Project Ownership: Lead the creative process from initial storyboard through to final delivery, ensuring impactful results.

Collaboration: Engage in brainstorming sessions, working closely with team members and marketing partners to foster innovative ideas and customer-focused solutions.

Continuous Innovation: Stay ahead of design trends and explore enhancements to elevate our digital communications and uphold high quality standards.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in video content creation, production, and motion graphics.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro, including advanced animation techniques and color correction.

Experience integrating Cinema 4D elements and utilizing 3D camera techniques within After Effects.

Strong skills in audio transformation to create polished soundscapes.

Thorough understanding of design principles such as typography and color theory, with a focus on innovative and aligned creative solutions.

A diverse portfolio that showcases your expertise in motion graphics and storytelling.

Excellent presentation and communication skills to clearly articulate project vision and strategy.

Proven ability to thrive in collaborative settings, effectively working with local and remote team members.

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Proficiency in Lucid and Figma.

Experience with Adobe Express animation.

This position operates under Eastern Standard Time (EST).
