Lead Multimedia Designer

Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a team of multimedia designers, cultivating a collaborative, creative, and inclusive environment. Creative Strategy and Content Development: • Provide creative direction for multimedia campaigns that align with brand goals and client objectives. • Foster open communication with stakeholders to align creative output with project goals. • Proven experience in Multimedia Design, with at least 5 years in a creative or design role. • Proven ability to lead and mentor a creative team, manage workflows, and oversee end-to-end project delivery.
