Lead Screen Printer

The Broken Token is looking for a screen printing specialist who can be a guru and an agile thinker, who is not afraid of innovation and can lead The Broken Token’s growing use of screen printing in our organizers and other future products. This is a brand new role and, it will be challenging, busy and a vital position within the company and has the potential to grow as the department becomes more efficient, imaginative, and develops into a major part of our future product lines. _We are not looking for graphic designers at this time_ **Your responsibilities will consist of, but not limited to:** \\- The screen lifecycle of burning, coating, reclaiming screens, and clean up \\- Mix inks for print jobs in as needed for the material being printed on \\- Installing and maintaining screen printing equipment \\- Meet deadlines while maintaining the company’s quality standards \\- Document screen printing process for each product for future reference material \\- Train and evaluate other employees in the screen printing process \\- Give feedback during the design process to prevent screenprinting loss and maintain high quality \\- Troubleshooting problems as they arise **The ideal candidate will be:** \\- Occasionally able to lift up to 50 lbs \\- Able to stand for long periods of time during the shift \\- Understand which type of ink is appropriate for the print job \\- Print line, halftone, and four-color copy on a variety of substrates including wood.
