Elevated Exposure Signs and Graphics, LLC is a brand-new full-service signs and graphics shop in Grand Prairie, Texas seeking to hire a Lead Sign Maker to serve as our Operations Leader. Our mission is to create high-quality visual and communication products that help our customers effectively reach their desired audiences. Are you already a seasoned sign shop leader but want the challenge and excitement of taking a shop from nothing to full throttle? • Solid track record of accurately estimating and meeting timelines • Experience with face-to-face customer interactions • Experience coordinating with outsource partners, suppliers and sub- contractors • Project management/workflow experience • Leadership experience • The drive of an entrepreneur • Exceptional organizational skills • A hunger to learn and grow professionally • The ability to have fun Please Note: This is a position for an OPERATIONS person with demonstrated design skills.
