The Carolina Signsmith is a brand-new family-owned, full-service signs and graphics shop in Greensboro, NC and is seeking a Master Sign Maker to be our Operations Leader. Are you ready to knock ‘em down as fast as I can set ‘em up? The Carolina Signsmith is in need of an experienced Sign Business Operations Leader to join our team. • Experience with face-to-face customer interactions • Experience coordinating with outsource partners, suppliers and sub- contractors • Project management/workflow experience • People leadership experience • The drive of an entrepreneur • Exceptional organizational skills • A hunger to learn and grow professionally • The ability to have fun If you are what we are looking for, I will pay you what you are worth commensurate with your skills, experiences and abilities. If you are only a graphics designer and do not have the hands- on experience described above, I am not quite ready for you just yet.
