Visual Design & Brand Execution • Transform wireframes and concepts into polished, professional visual designs • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all digital touchpoints • Create high-fidelity mockups and style guides • Design icons, graphics, and other visual elements that enhance user experience Requirements • 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing both process and outcomes • Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows • Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout • Knowledge of responsive design and web accessibility standards • Ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities • Adaptable and comfortable working on diverse projects • Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities • Passionate about creating meaningful user experiences
