Leasing Consultant

They are to conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing Laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to the multi-family housing industry. Leasing • Ensure leasing office, common areas, tour path, model, and target apartments are ready for the start of business • Demonstrate a consultative sales approach for all prospective residents to ensure the highest level of presentation and customer service • Manage prospect leads, follow up, and other activity through Knock Rentals and maintain an engagement score of 85% and above and a follow-up score of 1.5 Marketing • Prepare and execute the Monthly Marketing Plan outlining outreach marketing, social media campaigns, market survey, etc. Resident Retention • Complete a concierge-level resident move in experience • Plan, prepare and participate in Resident Functions • Participate in the properties renewal program to include preparing renewal offers, follow up and commitment • Provide outstanding customer service in all facets of operations, to include follow up on service requests, package retrieval, accepting rent payments, etc. General • Special projects as assigned by the Community Manager Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent • At least 1 year of work experience in a retail, hospitality, or other customer service and sales environment; prior onsite property management experience a plus • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills • Ability to understand and interpret data • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners • Ability to multitask, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload • A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment • Ability to work weekends.
