The essential duties and responsibilities of the position include:Prioritizes designs and logos received from sales representatives to distribute to the production department within the required time frameManages the approval process of artworkCreates designs, logos, presentations, and promotional materials for customersCommunicates with customers to ensure artwork meets customer visionPartners with other departments, such as sales and production, to ensure orders are completed by the customer or sales representative requested dateModifies existing artwork to meet product specificationsCreates artwork and logos for ADPRO Sports Inc. eventsAssists E-Commerce team with art design needsSkills and AbilitiesBased on the essential and other duties and responsibilities of the position, the Graphic Designer should have a number of professional skills and abilities:Strong attention to detailGood interpersonal and customer service skills, well-developed verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work with internal and external clientsSound organizational, records management, and time management skillsThe ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities, meet assigned deadlines, and manage the related stressQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
