Additionally, as a Graphic Designer, you'll play a crucial role in developing marketing strategies and visually articulating them to inspire engagement and effectively promote our company and agents to targeted audiences. Join us and be part of a team dedicated to elevating service and achieving strategic goals.Compensation:$45,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Project Manager to develop and design concepts and execute compelling visuals for marketing materials.Create and design critical company and agent presentation materials.Create designs for compelling and customized agent and property-specific marketing.Develop new design standards and ensure brand standards and regulatory requirements are maintained.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external agencies, vendors, and printers to effectively launch new initiatives and ensure accurate execution.Support the strategic endeavors of the company and real estate agents through both print and digital mediums.Maintain strong brand identity and graphic integrity standards.Deliver high-quality work within deadlines and budget.Primary focus on social media and graphic design.Qualifications:Degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field.
