We are committed to building a better tomorrow, one project at a time, and we invite you to join us in this vision.Web / Graphic Designer Position SummaryThe Web / Graphic Designer is responsible for developing brand assets across various formats, channels, and venues, including collateral, advertising materials, apparel, websites, and trade show displays.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to develop and execute creative strategies for internal and external communications.Design, develop, and maintain company websites; create engaging, functional, and user-friendly web and landing pages.Create on-brand brochures, digital and print ads, trade show displays, apparel designs, presentations, and graphics.Assist in developing, ordering, and managing branded apparel inventory.Maintain and promote Lexicon's brand and graphic standards across all communication channels.Manage projects using the team’s project management system.Coordinate with Content Creators and the Marketing Director to develop content for internal and external platforms.Utilize and optimize the company's Digital Asset Management System.Work with external vendors such as designers, photographers, videographers, and editors to create multimedia content.Support various company divisions with proposals, presentations, and collateral materials that align with brand standards.Stay updated on content, social media, and digital trends relevant to our business.Contribute ideas and recommendations for marketing and communication improvements.Complete special projects as assigned by the Marketing Director.Work overtime as needed and maintain punctual attendance.Qualifications and Physical DemandsProlonged sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.Some overnight travel may be required.Employee BenefitsMedical InsuranceHSA with Employer contributionsVision InsuranceGroup and Voluntary Life InsuranceShort Term / Long Term DisabilityCritical Illness PlanEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Vacation401(k) with Employer MatchAccessibility and Equal OpportunityIf you require accommodations during the employment process, please contact Human Resources.
