Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$30.00/hr - $35.00/hrResponsibilitiesExecute high-quality creative work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring brand consistency and attention to detail.Design a variety of assets including social media graphics, email templates, digital ads, presentation decks, flyers, and event collateral.Support campaign launches with creative assets tailored to each channel (organic, paid, print, web).Maintain and evolve visual brand guidelines across all creative output.Extend and translate established creative concepts into production-ready web and digital assets.Create emails, site assets, landing pages, paid digital advertising, and slide decks.Ensure brand consistency in all assets produced.Work efficiently on multiple projects with exemplary attention to detail.Work closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure brand consistency and elevate the quality of all outbound materials.Translate marketing objectives into clear, engaging visuals that align with brand standards.Prepare files for both digital use and professional print production.Qualifications3+ years of related experience.Experience using a digital asset management system.Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and communicate proactively with internal stakeholders.Detail-oriented with a passion for digital design and strong organizational skills.Ability to successfully multitask and prioritize among running projects.Ability to work remotely while aligning with Central Standard Time hours.Ability to generate pixel-perfect production assets to meet required specifications for web and digital mediums.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeContractJob functionDesign, Project Management, and ProductionIndustriesHospitals and Health Care and Human Resources Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
