A growing organization is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join its collaborative marketing and creative function. This role is ideal for a strategic and detail-oriented designer who enjoys working across channels and bringing big ideas to life through high-quality visual storytelling.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign a variety of assets including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, print collateral, presentations, and event signageTransform creative briefs and marketing strategies into compelling visual conceptsEnsure brand consistency across all design deliverablesCollaborate closely with writers, project leads, and other stakeholders to execute campaignsPresent creative ideas and respond thoughtfully to feedbackManage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standardsOffer guidance and feedback to junior designers when neededKeep up with industry trends and best practices in design and brandingQualifications5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a fast-paced or agency-style environmentStrong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print workProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Experience working in Microsoft PowerPoint and WordStrong communication, time management, and problem-solving skillsComfortable taking ownership of projects from concept through final executionLeadership mindset with the ability to mentor or support more junior creativesBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
