The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.This candidate would be under the supervision of the General Manager and their duties would include conducting site surveys, meeting and speaking with clients to understand their needs (while taking comprehensive notes), designing graphics for various surfaces, proofing designs with clients, revising designs until the client is satisfied, building production files for print, and prepping finished prints for installation or shipping. Candidate will regularly correspond with customers through the design process and keep project on track to complete it on time and within budget scope.The ideal candidate would pay great attention to detail and have great organizational skills. We are looking for quality of character over experience, someone who will show up on time and not be at the front door exactly at the end of shift.ResponsibilitiesCreate visually appealing designs for vehicle wraps, wall and window graphics, banners, and more.Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and complete them according to the clients’ needs.Use Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop to build and refine designs.Ensure designs meet brand guidelines and client specifications.Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs.Coordinate with the production team to prioritize orders.Conduct quality control checks.·Communication and Customer ServiceInteract with clients to understand their design needs.Collaborate with the sales/project manager to provide design input.Communicate project updates to clients and team members.Maintain professionalism and client satisfaction.Organization and Workflow Management:Maintain an organized file management system.Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.Keep accurate records of time and materials used.QualificationsExperience as a graphic designer. Ideally with vehicle wraps, though sign shop or other graphics experience is also acceptable.Proficiency in graphic design software, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator and Photoshop.Strong understanding of design principles.Familiarity with large-format printing and vinyl cutting.Attention to detail and accuracy in design and production work.Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:Working with customer provided artwork to adapt/modify the artwork for optimal large format printing results.Experience working with graphic design software (Illustrator & Photoshop)A very detail-oriented approach as the position involves dealing with the complexity of customer work-orders and demands a high level of accuracy when separating and outputting artwork.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Exceptional decision making and problem-solving abilities.The starting hourly pay rate will be commensurate with the candidate’s prior work experience and demonstrated aptitude. * Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
