Litigation Graphics Consultant

Skills and attributes for success: The Litigation Graphics Consultant designs, develops, and maintains creative and engaging graphics for litigation proceedings. Additionally, the Graphics Consultant will: Assist with revision/improvement of created diagrams/figures in expert reports. Work with possibly 1 economic and 1 industry expert Be able to interpret data to create graphical representations of the information. designs, develops, and maintains creative and engaging graphics for litigation proceedingscreates and produces timelines, document excerpts, diagrams, scene recreations, and other artifactsResponsible for video editing and format conversionsconduct Audio Visual system setup, support, and take down, as well as basic IT support, e.g. printers, networking, basic connectivity, and other tasks which may be relevant to the case presentationensures all evidence is presented efficiently and clearly in court evidence presentationsAssist with revision/improvement of created diagrams/figures in expert reportsAssist with developing opening and closing slides, estimated at 100-150 in totalRevise/improve graphics already created, estimated at 80-100 slides in totalConsult with client experts and third-party witnesses to develop/refine graphics, estimated at 50 or fewer slidesWork with possibly 1 economic and 1 industry expertBe able to interpret data to create graphical representations of the informationBe able to use MS Office PowerPoint 2019 (currently installed on client trial laptops; we do expect to update to PowerPoint 365, which is installed on client desktops)Provide realistic estimates of the time required to develop specific graphics requestsMeet all established deadlinesProvide 24/7 availability throughout the local San Jose, CA trial, which will likely require at least two people knowledgeable of and involved with the work in progressRequirements Be based in the Bay area to avoid time zone issuesThe client trial staff is based in San Francisco, CAThe trial location is in San Jose, CAMost of the work should be able to be done remotely via phone, email, or video callsWe do not anticipate the need for on-site support at the trial locationBenefits
