PRODUCTION Required Skills: Seeking a well seasoned screen printer with at least 2+ years of experience. Job duties include coating and repurposing screens, printing large quantities of apparel on an automatic printing press, unloading and organizing raw goods, adhering to a strict production schedule, and managing multiple production assistants. Job Duties: \\- Screen Printing (Automatic and Manual) \\- Screen Repurposing \\- Screen Cleaning \\- Organizing \\- Tagging/Folding \\- Maintaining updated production queue in Google Drive \\- Boxing/Shipping \\- Maintaining a clean and orderly production facility \\- Managing production assistants \\- Training production staff \\- Tie dyeing \\- Holding self and production assistants accountable for timeliness, efficiency, adherence to production schedule, cleanliness and orderliness of production facility \\- Coordinating with the General Manager and CEO in weekly production meetings to monitor the speed and efficiency of production \\- Scheduling production assistants for second and third shifts \\- Ensuring these unmonitored shifts are as productive and efficient as those when you are present \\- Assisting the General Manager and CEO in hiring and training of production assistants \\- Knowledge of graphic design software: Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop \\- Extreme work ethic and ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours Experience: At least two years of screen printing and production experience required. Knowledge of garment types, heat tolerance and oven settings for each, multicolor printing experience. Pluses: Passion for sustainability.
