We have two retail locations downtown and a flagship store in West Asheville, as well as a store in Boulder, CO. We are seeking a motivated, hard working, self-starting individual to run the show! Sending this inventory to our production facility and West Asheville location respectively to be printed and inventoried for the retail floor. shopping experience \\- Coordinating the production facility and team to ensure timely production of aforementioned retail floor inventory and wholesale inventory; visiting production facility to ensure production team is managing time appropriately and effectively, transporting goods to Asheville stores from said facility \\- Working with the CEO to attend tradeshows around the country to build the wholesale side of the business; this includes sometimes 5-7 days straight of travel, booth building, tradeshow selling, and booth breakdown \\- Coordinating the You Are Always Growing children's clothing upcycling program across locations \\- Ensuring the Mount Inspiration Way is enacted and implemented for all employees \\- Ensuring Mount Inspiration's themes of sustainability, positivity, encouragement, human and civil rights, the vast transformative and healing powers of time spent in nature are conveyed by retail associates, store signage, designs portrayed on retail shelves, etc. As a part of your Mount Inspiration journey, you will be expected to execute the “Mount Inspiration Way”, a program developed by our founder and CEO to help implement and foster the aforementioned principles in our company culture. \\- After 90 shifts you are eligible to take the Mount Inspiration brand exam, a comprehensive exam covering all aspects of the company from our story, commitment to sustainability and non-profit collaboration, our mission, vision, and everything in between.
